Jeff distinguished himself as a popular morning personality for WSIC radio in Statesville, NC, and for the past thirty years has emceed about every function imaginable.
His war stories from the radio business are lively, funny, and most entertaining.
In 1988, he went from being a broadcaster to become the Director of Marketing at Davis Regional Medical Center in Statesville.
In 1996, Jeff founded his speaking and training firm, Corbett Communications, Inc.
Jeff has trained & spoken across the Southeast, from Florida to West Virginia. His areas of specialty are People Skills and Interpersonal Communication in all its forms.
He is a popular presenter for Chambers of Commerce, colleges, business groups, and conventions, his programs are always highly rated, and packed with usable, practical information.

In Tempe, Arizona, on the campus of Arizona State University, he attended training under Dr. Robert Cialdini, the national expert in Influence and Persuasion.
He received Customer Service training by the Ritz-Carlton in their course, "Legendary Customer Service."
Jeff is a graduate of Ty Boyd's Excellence in Speaking Institute, as well as the Bill Gove Public Speaking School in Ft. Myers, Florida, specializing in keynote talks.
He greatly enjoys traveling, and his favorite spots include Australia, Hawaii, Greece, Turkey, Panama, and a number of the Caribbean islands.
He is also an exercise enthusiast, having taught weekly classes for his local fitness club for the past eight years. |
